Keith
Warshofsky received his Bachelor of Science degree, from the
University of Colorado in 1989 and Juris Doctor degree, from Saint Thomas
University School of Law, in 1993. From 1994-1999, Mr. Warshofsky was an
Assistant Public Defender in the 13th Judicial Circuit. In that capacity
he was both a line attorney and then a Lead Trial Attorney. Mr. Warshofsky
left the Public Defender’s Office, in 1999, to establish his own law firm.
Keith A. Warshofsky, P.A., was formed in early January, 1999.
Mr. Warshofsky
has extensive criminal trial experience. He has tried Juvenile,
Misdemeanor and Felony cases. Mr. Warshofsky has tried Sex Crimes,
Robbery, Aggravated Battery, Forgery, Battery on Law Enforcement Officer,
Child Abuse, DUI, Prostitution, and Drug Cases to verdict.
In addition to being
admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Warshofsky has also been admitted
to the Colorado State Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle
District of Florida. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar
Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. |
